How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Open the app, go to Me → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple or Google account.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. Your data is removed within 30 days and you leave leaderboards right away.

Is this therapy?
No. It is practice, like a sparring partner. If something heavy comes up, the app pauses the fight and shows you where to get real support.
